Our services include interior and exterior remodeling, home additions, basement finishing, custom carpentry and cabinetry, decks and pergolas, and new construction. Whether you're updating your kitchen, creating an outdoor oasis, or expanding your home, our skilled team brings expertise and attention to detail to every project.

Our process begins with a free estimate. During the estimate appointment, we visit the project site to discuss your ideas, review building codes, and explore material options. This helps us provide an accurate quote. Once you approve the estimate, we move into the design phase.

The design phase includes finalizing material selections, defining the project scope, and fine-tuning the cost. Larger projects, such as full kitchen remodels or new construction, may require a 5% deposit at this stage.

Next, we draft a construction contract. This step ensures all details align with your expectations before signing. Once finalized, we collect a down payment—usually 50% of the total cost—and prepare to begin work.

If permits are required, we handle the process and keep you informed. Once permits are approved, the construction phase begins. Throughout the project, we communicate progress, address changes, and collaborate with trusted subcontractors for specialized tasks like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

After completing the project and passing all inspections, we send the final invoice. We may also share photos to commemorate the transformation.
